Chelle Parker Yoga and Plates
I’ve been attending Chelle’s Vibe Yoga classes over the last 3 years, held in a mix of creative spaces and calming landscapes. Her instruction is gentle and generous to the whole class, whilst encouraging each participant to challenge themselves. She is attentive to each individuals circumstance, considering and adapting as the group progresses. Each class has been enjoyable, rewarding and restorative - and she has a great taste in tunes
