yang to yin yoga (online)

A relaxing practice blending soft vinyasa with yin. Light a morning candle, roll out your mat & grab some blankets & pillows.

Enjoy a deep release of tension and a chance to rejuvenate & refresh your body.

This gentler paced class is open to all levels and also a great way for beginners to explore yoga from the comfort of your own home.

Yin Yoga

A beautiful practice with the intention to target connective tissues. Yin requires holding yoga postures for a longer time incorporating myofascial release (MFR), breathwork & meditation

*Basking sharks, dolphins & seals regularly spotted but not guaranteed! The weather can be wild so wrap up warm, with layers, gloves, windproof & hat through winter.

This is a lush combination to energise, support focus & restore, all wrapped into one beautiful Findhorn dunes & beach side experience.
