Chelle can mostly be found out in the wild…
…having camping adventures with her daughter, riding the waves on a paddle board (and falling off!) swimming in the sea with friends and warming by a beach fire.
She set up The Vibe Movement, offering alternative Yoga, Pilates and Well-being experiences with a focus on feeling alive and nourished, strong, energised and mobilised to get out and do all the things that Vibe with you!
Chelle is a Body Control Pilates certified teacher, has completed her 200+ hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Steph Wall Yoga, & is currently working towards her 500h certificate. Chelle has completed additional training to guide Yin Yoga, dive deeply into Embodied Anatomy, Conscious Communication, Advanced Sequencing, Yoga Mythology & holds an Active IQ Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology for exercise & health certificate as well as an up to date Worksafe Emergency First Aid at Work certificate. Chelle recently qualified as a Fundamentals & Advanced Boxing for Fitness Instructor with Hatton Academy.
