Yin Yoga

A beautiful practice with the intention to target connective tissues. Yin requires holding yoga postures for a longer time incorporating myofascial release (MFR), breathwork & meditation

A relaxing practice blending soft vinyasa with yin. Light a candle, roll out your mat & grab some blankets & pillows.

Enjoy a deep release of tension and a chance to rejuvenate mid week.

This gentler paced class is open to all levels and also a great way for beginners to explore yoga from the comfort of your own home.

A ‘45 minute creative & fun seaside vinyasa practice, open to all levels. Beginners Welcome.

*Basking sharks, dolphins & seals regularly spotted but not guaranteed! The weather can be wild so wrap up warm, with layers, gloves, windproof & hat through winter.
