Vinyasa or ‘flow yoga’ is playful, varied and easy to learn. It’s characterised by linking yoga asanas together, moving from one posture to another in a lively ‘flow’. Vinyasa invites an opportunity to build strength and flexibility, increasing the heat in your body to ignite tapas, your internal fire and encourage natural detoxification. As a form of moving meditation, Vinyasa connects the body to the breath and encourages focus and mindfulness, a wonderful approach to well-being.
