Join us for a beautiful evening slow vibe soul retreat, lush gentle soundscape & setting.
We’ll open the session with centring & grounding Pranayama (breath work) to help connect you into yourself & your energy. We’ll start the movement practice with some slow stretchy shapes so your body can warm & awaken. From there we’ll drift into some gorgeous restorative postures with lots of blankets & cushions inviting increased parasympathetic tone, recovery and healing. Ending with a guided yoga nidra ‘yogic sleep’ meditation to calm and soften.
Wrapping up your night, Lindsay will be cooking a delicious homemade GF V supper with a little sweet treat and tea to finish. Soul food vibes at their best!
